A ten minute online diagnostic starts your employees on a robust developmental journey unlike any other.

Within just ten minutes your employee will be embarking on a self development process with or without the support of anyone else. In the process your employee gains a powerful and unique insight into personal thinking and beliefs. The Engage diagnostic tool is empirically validated, robust and proven. It measures an individual’s mind-set across fifteen success scales summarised across three broad headings:

  • Confidence – relating to self, task and social situations
  • Openness – relating to communication, change and process
  • Impact – relating to perceived commitment and performance

Three development priorities are identified based on personal scores, highlighting where thoughts, beliefs or attitudes are either interfering with, or accelerating, personal performance and achievement of goals.

The Virtual Coach is designed to be used by employees without interaction with a coach, expert or manager. However, it lends itself very well to being shared with a line manager (for example as part of an appraisal process) or internal coach as required.
