The tool you've been waiting for

Imagine sitting down with a client or employee and having a clear understanding of how internal thoughts and beliefs impact their work performance.

This offering is designed for learning and development experts working on a one-to-one basis with individuals. Gain unparalleled insight into their mindset, work with inhibitors and accelerators, and demonstrate clear ROI.

The Engage diagnostic tool is empirically validated, robust and proven. Based on Cognitive Behavioural Psychology it assesses internal thoughts and beliefs shown to be key to success. The resulting guidance, feedback and development process is based on Coaching Psychology, providing a robust methodology to development.

Engage measures an individual’s mind-set across fifteen success scales summarised across three broad headings;

  • Confidence – relating to self, task and social situations
  • Openness – relating to communication, change and process
  • Impact – relating to perceived commitment and performance.

There are three types of reports available:

  • Personal development reports (Candidate, Coach, Self Development, 360, Impact, Focus and the Virtual Coach), designed for any change or development programme. Within each report, candidates are rated across 15 scales proven to be related to success. For each scale, a summary score, as well as detailed guidance is provided. Focus is placed on those thoughts/beliefs which accelerate or inhibit success. With repeated use, a candidate’s degree of shift over time can be measured.
  • Team Report – provides analysis of team makeup
  • Pulse Report – compares a group of candidates (such as team, department, or whole organisation) against norm groups, highlighting cultural themes to be addressed.

The Engage solution suits;

  • Those who want to assess needs of employees prior to development, providing a baseline
  • Those who want to deliver highly effective interventions to the right people at the right time
  • Those who want to measure the impact of those interventions over time
