Engage Credits

The Engage system works on a credit basis. Each report requires a different number of credits for download. Each credit costs £30. Volume discounts apply.

  • 360 Validation Report (2 credits)

    • Captures 360 feedback used to validate self beliefs/perception
    • Feedback in groups of three (typically superior, peer and subordinate)
    • Complements all reports at start of development
  • Candidate Report (1 credit)

    • Short narrative candidate feedback summary – suitable to give to those not requiring an in-depth report.
  • Coach Report (2 credits)

    • Provides detailed guidance for the coach/consultant on how to tailor their approach for each individual.
  • Impact Candidate Report (2 credits)

    • Used in conjunction with the Coach or Self-Development Report
    • Offers evaluation of any development programme by measuring degree of shift across 15 scales
    • Provides 180 feedback from a line manager or other to provide a third party view on the degree of shift (360 under development).
  • Self Development Report (2 credits)

    • In-depth guidance for the candidate on how to drive their own development.
    • Encourages ownership and responsibility for development to support coaching, or any leadership or development programme.
  • Team Report (2 credits)

    • Gain a detailed Engage Team Profile showing confidence, openness and impact
    • Provides summary scores, insight into the distribution of scores, focus areas
    • Essential when working with a team, providing insight on what requires focus
  • Pulse Report

    • Assess the collective mindset across groups, departments or your entire organisation
    • Intervene with a data driven approach to organisation development, learning and development programmes, and change/transformation programmes
    • The Pulse Report provides detailed analysis of data, and recommendations
    • Regular pulses allow you to measure the impact of your support and interventions over time
    • This report is available when buying as part of a package
  • Virtual Coach (2 credits each)

    • Cost effective, yet highly effective, personalised development process for all employees
    • Three key development priorities are highlighted based on employee Engage profile
    • Designed as a 6-9 hour programme, supports appraisals, reviews, PDPs
  • Wellbeing Coach (3 credits)

    • As per Virtual Coach, but for use within a wellbeing context
    • Three key development priorities are highlighted based on employee Engage Wellbeing profile
    • Designed as a 6-9 hour programme, supports appraisals, reviews, PDPs, supported by videos
