Accreditation ensures the Accredited Engage Coach understands the 15 scales measured, the psychological constructs that underpin them, and how to safely work with them within a developmental arena.

Engage Accreditation allows individuals to facilitate development programmes within organisations utilising the Engage solution set. In addition, Accredited Engage Coaches are trained to provide powerful 1:1 expert feedback and coaching to individuals.

Regardless of the accreditation programme chosen, the following high level themes will be covered:
