The Options
Flexible, virtual learning to fit your style.
Self-Paced Pathway
Complete the online modules in your own time with flexible access to supervision. Ideal if you want autonomy and the flexibility to fit learning around your schedule. You’ll also complete a practice assessment with a volunteer client to build confidence in delivering real feedback.
Time commitment: approximately 30-40 hours.
Guided Pathway
A structured, interactive learning experience combining self-directed modules with four live virtual sessions (60–90 minutes each). These sessions provide group learning, real-time practice, and dedicated supervision, offering structure, accountability, and support as you work through the programme, typically over four weeks. You’ll also complete a practice assessment with a volunteer client to develop your interpretation and feedback skills.
Time commitment: approximately 30–40 hours.

Both routes lead to the same professional certification as an Engage Practitioner and contribute 40 ICF-accredited hours, recognised toward ICF credential renewal every three years.
