7 MUST DO Things Before 7am (Trust Me)

We’ve all seen them. The “5 must things to do before 5am”, and yes, the “7 things to do before 7am”. I thought I would bring to bear my vast and exhaustive experience to write, what I believe, will be a well received article on this subject.

1. Sleep for one hour

Ideally we should fall asleep within 10-15 minutes. Personally I’m typically asleep within 30 seconds.

2. Sleep for a second hour

12% of people dream entirely in black and white.

3. Sleep a third

Sleep deprivation will kill you more quickly than food deprivation.

4. And a fourth

Before the advent of electricity, it was quite normal to wake up in the middle of the night to pray, read or have sex.

5. Sleep an hour

1 in 4 married couples sleep in separate beds.

6. Sleep a sixth hour

If you struggle to get out of bed, plan more sleep.

7. Sleep

Adults who don’t get enough sleep tend to act sluggish (but sleep-deprived children may be hyperactive).

Appendix. Sleep an 8th hour

Research has shown that most of us need 8 hours of sleep a night.
